Raspberry Overnight Oats

Serves: 1


1/4 cup fresh raspberries (can also use blueberries or blackberries)

(for optimal taste, freeze fruit before prepping)

1/3 cup rolled oats, uncooked (e.g. Quaker)

1/3 cup milk of your choice

1/3 cup greek yogurt

1 tsp organic honey

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp chia seeds


Mix oats, honey, cinnamon, and seeds inside container or mason jar. Add your choice of milk and greek yogurt and stir together. then top it off with frozen berries. Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!


With almond milk (unsweetened, vanilla): 286 calories/43g C/9g F/9g P/12g fiber

With coconut milk (unsweetened): 291 calories/42g C/11g F/8g P/12g fiber

With Low Fat milk: 346 calories/53g C/9g F/16g P/11g fiber
